Trainee Programme | HG4 Productions

From 2025, HG4 pledges that on each of their productions there will be at least one paid work opportunity for someone with no prior experience to step up into a new role. This could be through giving someone their first time working on a set, opportunities to assist or shadow a Head of Department in production, or through entrusting full responsibilities to the trainee.

James gained his first Producer credit on 'UNTETHERED', having previously worked with HG4 as a 2nd AD.

Toni got her first 'Hair and Make-up' role with HG4, and has since collaborated with us on every film, winning an award for her work on 'Finger Food'.

Josh (left) had an unpaid work experience role on 'UNTETHERED', gaining his first credit as a 3rd AD.

Elisha got her first Producer credit on our film 'Bad Habits', and then produced 'Finger Food'.
